Hello👋 Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on the hot lotion? Thank you!
Hi Arianna, The Hot lotion was originally requested by an amateur boxer looking for a way to speed up her warmup in the gym. She vaporized, and later, I had a request for a warming lotion for the purpose of relieving menstrual cramps. I also think that for joint pain and neuropathy/neuralgia this formula may be helpful. I would recommend putting a very small amount on an area that you want to test and see how you do, without the cooling counterpoint, some people may be extra sensative to the heat. It is still in the beta phase, so all input is welcome.

I would suggest you try the Hot & Cold Sports Rebound Lotion or the Hot & Cold Roll-On for the sore muscles and gym recovery. The heat is good for the nerve, muscle, and tissue and then the cooling effect minimizes the inflammation while giving support to the bones and joints. Also, it is really good to take a dose of CBD Drops after you work-out because it can help with the inflammation and the reducing the release of the lactic acid.
