Thank you for this post! I know that the remote session that you did was nice. I think that the garden setting will definitely add to the experience. I look forward to an in-person session and to learn the art as well! Thank you again for sharing.
What is the application to use on client's when giving a Reiki or energy healing? Is it a massage? Is there physical touch? What is the client suppose to experience and is Reiki supposed to be a regular or as needed basis? Thank you!
The practitioner places her hands on or near the clients body in a series of hand positions. Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs. Reiki is not a massage although many feel the sense of relaxation. Receiving Reiki regularly has many benefits for those who are looking for alternative support with stress reduction, physical and mental health. Someone that may be going through chemotherapy I would suggest once a week.
A question regarding remote reiki, is there any limit to this or can you help someone anywhere in the world?
