You have heard the saying that 'You are what you eat' This is so true. The make-up of your gut is the same found in your brain. What you consume fast tracks straight from your gut to your brain. If you put in inflammatory foods like gluten or sugar it goes directly to inflame your brain. Depression, anxiety, ADHD, ect. all have a link to foods or lack of supplement support.
